Finding and using your intuition empowers you to be more in tune with yourself on every level. Through integrating your inner and outer worlds your life will flow more easily helping you to live an inspired life.

Understanding who you are helps to awaken your true essence, your soul. Not only will you begin to know yourself better, you will understand other people on a much deeper level.
When you truly know yourself you will know if what you are feeling is about you or if you are tuning into others.
Insight into your current situation is one of the greatest gifts you can grant yourself and the steps you need to take are quite simple.
Step 1. Know who you are
You have a Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual self, which you may or may not be aware of.
They are described as follows;
Physical – this is how you experience the world you live in through your body, .
Emotional – your emotional body is where you hold everything you’ve ever felt and anything unresolved within you. Old hurts stay within your emotional body until you’re ready to find and release the pain. Your emotional body allows you to feel joy, however, if you’ve been hurt in the past, you may have ‘shut down’ your feelings and be numb. It’s hard to feel what is happening around you if you’ve shut down.
Mental – refers to your mind and where you work things out, analyse things and plan ahead.
Spiritual – the part of you that reconnects you to divine consciousness and reminds you that you too are an eternal being, a creator.
Step 2. Knowing & Managing Your Energy
Everything in the universe is made up of energy. You have an energy field surrounding you called an aura. Your aura contains all of your thoughts and emotions from this life and, if you are open to it, from past lives as well.
Your vibration is unique and it will vary depending on your state of mind and your emotions. In time you will be able to sense other people’s energy as their energy reaches you before they do.
Step 3. Meditation
Through meditation you expand self-awareness which enables you to find inner harmony, letting go of all the disturbances within your energy field, allowing you to be more sensitive to your surroundings.
Step 4. Gut instincts
As you become more ‘aware’ you begin to return to your natural instinctive nature.
Animals are extremely sensitive, they use their instincts and trust their feelings, not questioning anything; they follow their inner guidance.
This is a lesson for all of us – as you increase your awareness you can learn how to trust your instincts.
Step 5. Good diet and increase water intake
As you begin doing intuitive exercises and working with your psychic faculties, your body is using more energy. Just like a car, your body needs good fuel in order to work properly. If you wish to clearly receive messages it’s important to keep your body in good working order.
Sugary or fast foods will leave your head foggy and your mind confused. Water is the essential element in transporting feelings, sensations and messages around your body. Your body needs to be well hydrated at all times and more so when you’re working with your psychic faculties.
