Well, who would have guessed it was a full moon with all the heightened fear and craziness that’s around us right now? You know she comes to shine a light into the darkness and show us what needs to be understood and healed. Being in Taurus tells me it is the perfect time to let go of fixed ideas and being such a tough taskmaster.
The light is shining on the way you make things harder than they need to be or the way you buy into the fear of the collective. The vision I have is of someone trying to leap over an abyss on a motorcycle and dive head on into danger. The Moon is trying to get our attention, saying… “hey, hang on, slow down! There’s another easier way, with no obstacles to trip you up.”
The message is as clear as the bright Grandmother Moon who smiles down on us with delight watching the way we scurry around trying to be all things to all people. She is saying, look at the patterns of how you may always see a problem and think things have to more complex or painful than they are.
As we get closer to the end of this year, the heavens conspire to shake us up with wild weather patterns which in turn, stir up the deepest inner fears we have. Fear of not being safe, not having or being enough; fear of not being where other people are in their spiritual or personal growth. Fear be gone ,be gone, be gone and let love shine into the darkest recesses of your heart. It really is time!
Truth, gentleness and being willing to say “I was wrong” are big energies right now which will lead to more intimacy within relationships. We know there is never one wrong party, so as you allow yourself to be raw and vulnerable it paves the way for a deeper understanding of the journey you are on and that of your fellow traveller.
Partnerships of all descriptions are under the spotlight in this Taurus Full Moon as is the relationship you have with yourself.
I hear it’s a time to let go of perfectionism but at the same time, stepping into your all-powerful wisdom and knowingness you’ve got enough about you to handle anything you wish to.Know this year’s theme of letting go of any ways in which you blame yourself or hold unworthiness are amplifying so you finally say, “enough…I know enough, I do enough, I am enough.”
Remember to allow yourself time to invite the intuitive wisdom of the moon into your psyche and let her gently awaken the sleeping seer in you. Diarise your dreams, cleanse your crystals and I do hear, :” be ready to step out of your comfort zone and offer help.”

Balance, Forgiveness, Self-care and Awakening to the calling of your Spirit are themes for this month. Interesting visions come for this month ahead especially since October is the 10th month, the number representing intuitive new beginnings so think all things relationship and trusting what is right for you. The guidance from Spirit is to step into the observer role, see the chaos that may be around you but don’t put energy into other people’s dramas. Truly, step away, it is not going to help you going into other people’s hardships, misery or pain. By bringing yourself into balance you will have an effect on how they feel about who they are and their situation.
I’m shown a strong image of stormy water which represents the emotional side of life and, as we know, Libra is the sign of balance and justice bringing forward the energy of the peacemaker, more on that later! Let’s hope it means bringing more much needed water to the earth so it can regenerate, as it does after periods of intense drought and devastation. Drink lots of water so messages can flow through you, as water transports messages around the body and helps you to feel balanced in all areas, particularly mentally and emotionally.
We are being prepared for the huge transformational shift 2020 is bringing and we need to clear up anything that was a dip in energy or negative experience for you around last April / May. Could be around the way you exist in relationships, the severing of old patterns, the letting go of old hurts. Whatever it is, meditate on it and release it’s hold on you.
Forgiveness and letting go, especially around what you say to yourself is a strong energy this October. Know every day is a new opportunity to recreate your life and yourself, thought by thought, step by step, cell by cell….you can regenerate. Time to really allow yourself to step into a new routine of caring for your mind, body and emotions. Do some chakra visualisation and see what you are holding onto which is stopping the flow of inspiration and insight. Focus on the throat chakra this month and find ways to express what is in your heart and soul so you can free yourself from limitations and create your balanced life. Pay close attention to your need to rebalance and replenish your physical energy using colour as a gateway to the Divine. Nature is rich in colour through every season of its cycle, even the sunburnt and parched land has its own deep colour which can heal and bring balance.
The Libran cycle is about being balanced and brings forward the inner peacemaker. Use this time to go within and not give way to what others want just for the sake of not having conflict. You can only be at peace within yourself when everything you do is authentic and in total alignment with your core spiritual values, so don’t cave in just to keep others quiet or happy. There it is , that throat Chakra stuff! Be willing to engage in healthy open discussion of your fears and perceived wrongs so you can create deeper intimacy and understanding especially in family or close relationships.
I’ve observed this last few days of September, great depths of sadness within people, and, in reflection, it’s as though Mother Earth is calling out for an end to the ways we blame ourselves and hide from our own love. Everything happening in the outer world does reflect our inner world and mass consciousness is fighting a battle between being in a state love, peace and harmony and being in the state of fear, anger and disharmony. The awesome climate change rallies headed up by Greta and our youth show that we care and that things can be changed if we are willing to stand up and let healthy discussion happen.
The stars support to “be the loving
parent” to yourself and withstand the tides of emotion you or your loved ones
may be experiencing. Stand firm in your wants, your wisdom and your power to get
through all that is going on around you and within you. Stay true to the
calling of your spirit which is ready to birth something amazing. Be firm and
hold onto your inner wisdom as the Angelic Realms are saying “believe
in your dreams” and let us help you get there.

Well here we are, about to begin the second half of this creative and transformational year.
It’s time to take that giant leap of trust as you refocus your vision on what you promised yourself as the clock ticked over to January 1st 2019.
I invite you to use your creative mind now to re-sketch the vision and feel how it feels. Don’t hold back deep dive into your deepest dreams and desires, get messy. I give you full permission.
I see you becoming the Director in your own play, calling out for the “extras” who are waiting to be part of the action. Whatever you were working through five years ago is now coming to a cosmic conclusion ending a not to be repeated cycle.
Remember what freedom feels like for you and let its vibration run through every part of you.
There is still the watery energy of emotions playing out with this month beckoning you to s-l-o-w-l-y release a huge chunk of past hurt or disappointment as you enter new states of wisdom & acceptance.
Be patient; go at your pace; and observe how your physical body needs lighter food, more water, and the chance to walk gently on the earth releasing old pathways through the feet.
There will be many who show up in your life at this time who will bring you unexpected ideas, support and real tools to help you get where you are ready to go.

You may move away from groups or situations yet it will be with joy as all involved embrace the much-needed changes. You are likely to be called on to be supportive of others in your life who are going through their fire of pain, without rescuing them and knowing it’s ok not to have their answers. Lead from your heart and perhaps share “how” you’ve overcome your obstacles allowing greater depths of intimacy and trust. And know that it is not your job to FIX anything.
Know you are on the most exotic and luxurious train of life and the key is firmly in your pocket. Have you ever wondered what a Chakra is?
A Chakra is a vortex of energy which runs across 7 different points along the spinal column.
Each Chakra has a colour, energy, emotion and a part of the body associated with it.
The function of the chakras is to be open to receiving energy from earth and universe on a continual basis. It’s when a chakra is out of balance blockages appear in your energy system and pain or dis-ease results.
Here’s a brief guide to the different chakras and the areas of your body they’re associated with.
The first chakra is the Root/Base, located in the base of the spine connected with grounding to mother earth. Emotional imbalances relating to the first chakra are security, material issues, financial, manifesting, trust and fear. The root/base chakra is the color Red. Physically, It’s associated with the adrenal glands, genitals, bones, blood, feet and spine.
The second chakra is the Sacral, located just below your navel. Your sexual energy and life force is here. Emotional imbalances in this area relate to your feelings around your sexuality, your creative expression or any shame and guilt you may carry. The sacral chakra is Orange and physically is the pleasure centre of the body, and associated with the female reproductive system, kidneys and intestines.
The third chakra is the Solar Plexus located above your navel. Your power and mastery of inner self is housed here. Emotional imbalances such as your sense of self, your feeling around personal power, how you view your intellect, ego, assertiveness, aggressiveness and low self-esteem are found here. The solar plexus is the colour Yellow. Physically it’s associated with the pancreas, liver, gall bladder, adrenals, skin and muscles.
The fourth chakra is the Heart, located in the centre of your chest. Love and relationships with self and others. Emotional imbalances such as grief, acceptance, sadness, loneliness, love, over giving and inability to receive. The heart is the colour Green or Pink. Physically associated with the heart, thymus, immune system, circulatory system, breasts, hands and arms.
The fifth chakra is the Throat, located at your throat it’s associated with communication, speaking your truth. Emotional imbalances are fear of speaking up, with holding expression, truth and honesty. This chakra is the colour Blue. Physically connected to the thyroid, metabolism, throat, jaw and ears.
The sixth chakra is the Brow/Third Eye and is located between the brows. Your centre of insight, psychic abilities and imagination. The brow/third eye chakra is associated with the colour Purple. Physically connected to the pituitary gland, eyes, nose and ears.
The seventh chakra is the Crown located at the top of the head and is the connection to the Source. The crown is associated with the colour Violet,White or Gold, it’s connectedness is to your spiritual purpose, wisdom, hope and faith. Physically associated with the pineal gland, upper skull, and cerebral cortex.
How can you work with your chakras?
If you’re struggling with something, then tuning into your body and feeling where you are out of balance can help.
You can then focus on the area and work with the associated chakra.
For example; if you have lower back pain, base chakra (often money issues, lack of self worth manifest as lower back pain)
- Wear red clothing (base)
- Imagine that energy centre with the colour red flowing through and cleansing or
- Go for a chakra balancing healing.

It’s really quite simple, two easy steps!!!
Make a choice to say “YES” next time someone offers to help you.
- Be willing to say “NO”
- Saying NO is one of the most difficult things to do. Agree???
Maybe you’ve fallen into being a people pleaser or over achiever and have found yourself saying yes to everything.
I know I’ve been in both categories and it’s draining.
What about you???
Consider these options as the sign it’s ok to say NO
- When what’s being asked of you is out of alignment with your morals and values
- When you don’t have the energy to fulfil what’s being asked of you
- Maybe you just don’t want to do it (that’s the best reason to say no!)
- Your sense of obligation is overwhelming and you know if you say “yes” you will feel resentful
- When you have a focus which is important to you and someone else wants to put their needs before yours
It’s all about having strong personal boundaries and knowing you’re the only one who can make you happy!
